Operative
Warrant Officer Bataar Nergüi serves as the Operative specialist of the Tempest Dynasty.[2] Hailing from Mongolia,[3] the Operative specializes in anti-vehicular combat and blunting enemy air superiority.
Background
On the younger side, Warrant Officer Bataar Nergüi has a bit of a reputation of a loose cannon, though he is able to effectively skirt the line of insubordination. He has a prior track record of successful mission, sometimes in the face of overwhelming odds, as if luck itself is on his side. Brash and confident, but not the type to act without thinking. He would be a higher rank if his tactics made more sense to his superiors, and he would probably have been court marshalled had his gambits been any less successful.
The Dynasty do not have access to GDF-derived adaptive camouflage technology, but Warrant Officer Nergüi at some time in the past obtained a kit from sources he will not disclose. He is able to remain unseen when immobile.
The rounds Nergüi uses in his rifle duplicate the Voltaic reaction, immediately destroying any attacked vehicle suffering from Tempest Overflow.
The Operative has more than once saved the lives of his fellow soldiers with a well-timed activation of a device of his own creation designed to stymie enemy aircraft targeting systems.[4]
Game unit
The Operative is anti-vehicle sniper who can dispatch enemy armour from far distances with Voltaic rounds. He is stealth when immobile and his attacks will instantly destroy any vehicles that are suffering from the 
Tempest Overflow effect.
The Operative can deploy his Sensor Interference ability to hinder the attacks of enemy aircraft.
