Fisher is a colonel of the Global Defense Forces. He serves as the GDF commander's superior in Tempest Rising, providing the player with mission briefings and background information on the conflict.[2]
Behind the scenes
Colonel Fisher is voiced by Eric Dieter, also known as Zeus Legion, who was involved in developing the The Antioch Chronicles mods for the StarCraft series; and the StarCraft Universe MMORPG mod for StarCraft II.[1]
