Salvage Van
The Salvage Van is a support vehicle of the Tempest Dynasty.
Background
Mechanical and structural failures were shockingly common in the aftermath of World War 3, and abysmal road conditions worsened many already perilous or disastrous situations. As a reaction to the desperate needs of struggling regions, teams of travelling "salvage crews" arose to help restore what had been lost. Seeing the success of these initiatives, the Dynasty Corps of Machinists co-opted this model in the first self-contained Salvage Vans, able to travel to vehicles or structures in need of maintenance and swiftly return them to working order.[1]
Game unit
The Salvage Van can repair nearby vehicles and structures in a small area. The Van can also detect enemy stealth.
The Van has the ability to deploy into a Salvage Center, which provides construction space and can either repair and salvage vehicles for 
credits. When a Salvage Van unpacks into a Center, it frees up its 
population cost.[2]
