The Sensor Array is a Dynasty defense structure for detecting enemies.
Background
While a relatively recent innovation, the Sensor Array has become a staple part of Dynasty defensive preparations. Equipped with a variety of active and passive detection technologies, the Sensor Array is able to pierce through most known evasion systems and adaptive camouflage. Bundled along with this is an aperture which emits directional fields of ionized Tempest particles that elicits the buildup of Tempest Charge on vehicles caught in the projection.[1]
Game structure
Along with detecting stealth units, the Sensor Array builds up a 
Tempest Charge effect on enemy vehicles in its radius which reduces their attack and move speed.[2]
