Dylan Tremblay serves as the Riot Medic of the Global Defense Forces. Formerly a paramedic from Canada, the Riot Medic is a GDF specialist for supporting infantry.

Background

Formerly a Critical Care Paramedic, Captain Dylan Tremblay occasionally worked in ad hoc teams alongside GDF. Seeing first-hand the sorts of injuries GDF infantry can acquire, he joined the Forces to become a medic, and due to his prior expertise and heavy armour became known as 'the Juggernaut with the band-aid'. GDF command expressly forbid the use of the nickname 'the Druggernaut' by lower-ranking soldiers on the grounds of being "in poor taste".

Game unit

The Riot Medic is a heavily armoured infantry that can heal other friendly infantry units. He is armed with a riot gun, which can slow down enemy infantry. The riot gun induces a Riot Suppression effect, reducing the enemy infantry's attack rate and move speed by 10%. This effect stacks up to 5 times, where at the 5th time the affected infantry can no longer attack.

Additionally, the Riot Medic can deploy a Healing Turret; a structure with a timed life that heals all allied infantry within a moderate radius.
