Advanced Power Plant
The Advanced Power Plant is a large power-generating structure used by the GDF.
Background
The GDF are studying the properties of Tempest in an attempt to maximize the density and longevity of the fluid. While progress has been made in improved containment and generation technologies, it is still somewhat expensive to reproduce. Therefore, the use of these next generation power generation systems is restricted, and commanders who desire to requisition these facilities must often trade favors in order to get them approved for construction.[1]
Game structure
Essentially a superior version of the GDF Power Plant, the Advanced Power Plant supplies 200 
power (compared to the 80 power of the less advanced version) at the expense of consuming more room and costing 
Intel.
Advanced Power Plants provide more power per credit spent than the basic Power Plant. However, they also require Intel to construct.
