Radar Station
The Radar Station is a Dynasty tech structure in Tempest Rising.
Background
It is no secret that Dynasty battlefield awareness and radiolocation technology lags far behind that of the GDF. Though their Corps of Machinists are hard at work readying improvements to it, most Dynasty radar stations use technology that is at least a couple decades behind what the GDF are using.
Due to recent advances in radar technology, one of the Dynasty's biggest priorities in their conflict against the GDF is to retrofit older Radar Stations to better serve field commanders.[1]
Game structure
The Radar Station is a Dynasty tech building that provides radar. It also provides the Field Infirmary support power and unlocks the Boar Tank, Salvage Van, Air Factory, and Bastion upgrade for higher-tier access.
Once the Construction Yard is upgraded, the Radar Station can be upgraded with the Jammer to unlock late-game defenses and bombardment options.
