This page contains the Tempest Rising Wiki's content policy. It describes criteria and rules for all or specific types of content.

Content criteria
- All content should relate to Tempest Rising. Content related to the Bombshell series of games may be included to stress in-universe connections.
- All content needs to be accurate. Tempest Rising Wiki aims to provide reliable information. In particular, contents should be based on official and canon sources, and adding speculation and own inventions (fanon) to articles should be avoided.
- All content needs to be verifiable. Other editors need to be able to check and verify it.
- All content needs to be informative. Information which is only of interest to the writer or to other editors (as opposed to readers) should not be included in articles.
- All content needs to be objective. Opinions and "my favourite"-style passages should not be added to articles.
- All content needs to relate to the game. Modifications and user-generated content may have their own page should they achieve significant recognition within the game's community.
- All content needs to abide by copyright regulations. Generally, content from other sites should not be copied unless permission has been granted.
- All content needs to abide by NDA. As Tempest Rising is still in development, information that has not yet been officially revealed, such as information exclusive to and datamined from the demo internal files, are not permitted on this site and will be immediately removed.
Criteria for specific contents
Geographical locations and historical events
As a general rule, do NOT add real life historical information unless they are referred to by the game or related materials.
Trivia
Cultural references are acceptable page content only when there are direct visual or textual correlations, or when explicitly stated by the Tempest Rising development team, and should be added in the page's "Behind the scenes" section.
